Description

White or light yellow powder or flakes, nontoxic, insoluble in water, insoluble in cold alcohol, soluble in hot ethanol, chloroform, ether and other organic solvents with special surface lubrication effect, excellent external lubrication and demoulding, transparency and antistatic performance is good.

Usage

This product can be used as polyolefin, PVC, TPA and other polystyrene plastic and urea formaldehyde resin of the smooth agent and release agent, with excellent external lubrication effect and stripping performance. Can also be used as anti adhesion agent of polyolefin film, usually used in conjunction with oleic acid amide erucic acid amide. It with the commonly used inorganic antiblocking agent (silica) compared to has no effect on the characteristics of the transparency of products, as synthetic or natural rubber internal mold release agents and lubricants to improve sizing processing agent, endow the product with good gloss. Also can be used as a soft material for textile fabrics. The product is used as an auxiliary agent for anti adhesion coating on adhesive tape protective film, and is an ideal auxiliary agent for replacing silicon oil, etc.
